As noted in an earlier post, George Frideric Handel’s Partenope will be featured in San Francisco Opera’s 2024 Summer Season.
Director Christopher Alden’s award-winning production was last seen on the War Memorial Opera House stage in 2014.
Ferry riders unable to attend the performance should note that the Sunday, June 23 matinee performance of Partenope will be livestreamed at 2 p.m. PT.
The opera will also be available to watch on demand for 48 hours beginning on Monday, June 24 at 10 a.m. PT.
